Mind the placement of your washbasin at home

Astrology is a pseudoscience that claims to divine information about human affairs and terrestrial events by studying the movements and relative positions of celestial objects.

The biggest problem when planning an interior is the placement of the washbasin in the dining hall. Washbasin shouldn't be very near or very far from the dining hall. The washbasin must be at sufficient distance from the dining hall. Here are simple tips to place the wash basin at the right position in the dining area.

The washbasin should be slightly covered instead of being open. Transparent glass or partition on the side of the washbasin is much better.

The washbasin in the dining hall is not only used to wash hands but it also enhances the beauty of the dining area. Nowadays, there are washbasins available in different ranges. So you can choose the color, size, and design according to the direction and location of the dining hall. Opt for a round shape washbasin in the North and West direction, and square or rectangular in the South and East zone.

Since the mirror is hung above the washbasin and water forms an essential part of the washbasin, it is better to place it in the North or East direction of the dining hall.

It is not good to have washbasin under the staircase area. If there is a compulsion to place a washbasin under the stairs, ensure there is a false ceiling near the washbasin to get rid of vastu doshas.
